Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-1000i (6L728AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Is there any reason why an HP or any other PC would cause this ?
Are there any settings in the BIOS that I could change to avoid this to happening.
Please note I have tested the UPS several times and there seems to be no problem with it.
Is a 1000w UPS enough for my HP model ?

With a new battery and a full charge you probably have 5 minutes to shutdown the PC before power goes out.
I have similar unit running synology NAS and I program the NAS to shutdown immediately.
You need to adjust the Cyberpower app on your PC to shutdown faster.
