I bricked the motherboard on my Pavilion 590-p0069 desktop computer by updating bios , replacing the the Sunflower Motherboard 17516-1 942023-001 with the same one as I want to upgrade to Windows 11, what are the steps in doing this. Thank you for anyone who can help me with this.

The Sunflower 942023-001 comes without a Windows product key in the BIOS.
You want 942023-601 which comes with a W10 product key in the BIOS, or you will have to pay for a new Windows license and product key.
In order to install W11, you would also have to replace the A10 processor (which is not supported for W11) with either one of these two processors:
HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Sunflower | HP® Support
AMD Ryzen 7-2700 (Pinnacle Ridge) 8 cores/16 threads | |
AMD Ryzen 5-2600 (Pinnacle Ridge) 6 cores/12 threads |
You would also have to install a graphics card that will work with your PC's 180W power supply, as both of the above processors do not work with the onboard AMD graphics.
I recommend you do a cost analysis of what this will entail because it may be more cost effective to upgrade to a newer model PC (pre-owned or new) that fully supports W11.

You're very welcome.
I'd go with the Nvidia GT1030 2 GB GDDR5 graphics card.
Maybe you can find one in used but tested and working condition on eBay.
It should be a better card than the onboard AMD graphics adapter as well.
That only has a 30W power draw and should work fine with your PC's 180W power supply.
