- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Did the 32GB RAM come with the PC or did you add any RAM to the PC now.
- When was the last time it was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?

Sorry, forgot I had put this out here.
The product number is 318H7AA#ABA
I installed the 32 GB of ram that is currently in the machine
PC is working fine, it just does not recognize the other 16 GB that are installed
No changes made, the current memory was installed a year ago. Just now realizing that it wasn't all being recognized.
