Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried everything to track down why my computer is randomly powering off.  It is connected to a battery backup system.  I checked the faults and there are none.  I get the exact same message when I look at the event viewer.  The things to try do not seem to help.  Do I have a bad power supply?  If so, where can I get one and what would the model or part number be?

Thanks,

Dennis

Hi @drcsue

try connecting the computer without the UPS.

and check the CPU temperature, if it exceeds 100 c degrees or 212 F it shuts down automatically.

I will try to power it without UPS.  The temps look ok.  Each core is 43C or a bit lower.
