theghost123, Greetings, Is there any development in fixing this? Is there a timeframe for a BIOS update? An update would be very much be appreciated.

Still no update available here. Latest news is that a new update will come out mid november...which is quite late!

Hi there people of HP.

can you guys give us an update? Can it be fixed? When will the BIOS update released to patch this?

Remwber that Gaming PC you sold us? It’s now as useless as a brick.  The only game you can play on it is Solitaire.

I appreciate setting up a dedicated team to fix this. But that was a month ago.  There has been no update since.  The HP forum here has several threads complaining about this issue.
How about an status update? We, owners of HP products, have been dealing with this issue for months.

i’m trying to stay polite. But I’ve spent €1400 on a gaming PC that after 3 years, is outdated because of outdated hardware. You just filled our PC with **bleep**parts that were outdated, got it to run and sold it as a gaming PC.

my patience is running thin. I hold HP responcible and am of the opinion that HP is not delivering what we have paid for. If you can’t fix it, refund us!

I’m tempted to hire an independent engineer to have him/her create a detailed report what is causing this problem and take it to the EU commission. As you probably know, the EU has much more laws that protect consumers.  We can start a mass claim.

Hi,

same issue here and tomorrow the new Call of duty won’t be possible to play… and 4 years ago I bought a special HP GAMING PC to have the best for this!!! Mine is a OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-0002ns, the last Bios driver is 2021 old!!!! And same issue with the TPM…

Please HP, you had time enough to solve it. Now you only have few hours.

I used the HP Support Assistant on my HP Omen 30L using a Ryzen 5900X, and it was able to find another BIOS update F.24 which fixed the TPM issue. The HP Hardware assistant only has up to F.21 for the bios.

I was able to use the HP Support Assistant to update the BIOS on my HP Omen 30l with the AMD Ryzen 5900x to F.24, which gave me a TPM Manufacture Version 3.94.2.5. If you use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool it will only take you up until F.21 BIOS, which still has the corrupted TPM.

You have two options:

wait for the dedicated team, setup since September 30 this year, to fix it with a BIOS update.
the other is to buy a new PC without outdated parts. And try to sell your HP for parts.

What I posted was the way to fix it. The HP Support Assistant already has the correct BIOS update with the new TPM update. I just used the HP Support Assistant to update and I am now playing Black Ops 7.

Lucky you. I’ve updated to F28 and it gave the same TPM as your update. However on my system that isn’t fixing it.
