Hi, My CPU (Ryzen 7 3700x) is always at 65-75 degrees celsius.
Is that normal or is it a problem?

I did not overclock it myself, so i think it is not overclocked.

Fans are spinning good.

I think your CPU temps are high if you constantly see temps in this range when the system is under normal load.

Try running Prime95 (Link) for about 15 minutes with the temperature monitoring app also running to check real time temps. Don't join GIMPS, just run the standard test.

Prime95 continuously works all cores. AMD CPUs throttle around 95 degrees C.

This test will tell you if you have a CPU thermal problem.
