Product: Pavilion 590
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to permanently toggle the FN mode on my keyboard so that I can use commands such as Alt+F4 without having to press the function key. I have tried hitting fn+esc, but it had no effect. I tried disabling the action keys in BIOS, but I couldn't get to the system configuration page whenever I entered the BIOS menu. Is there any way to fix this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Unfortunately, this feature is not available for a Desktop PC. It's only available for a Laptop PC.
