HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 24-ca0000a (39X69AV)

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I have been trying to submit a dispute over my warranty because I bought a HP Renew Product 7 days ago but the warranty check show me my warranty coverage is expired.  I have filled out the dispute form and added the proof of purchase, but everytime I try to submit the form, it shows me the "error 500" page and it tells me that the support site is unavailable, Now this status is for about 5 days. Can I get some assistence in this matter?

Thanks a lot. Now the device center shows up the warranty coverage.

Glad it worked out. I switched browsers (from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome), and the error was gone. If you get the efror on Google, try Firefox or something different.
