HP Desktop is slow to boot, and the internet is slow to operate. I go to the HP website and put in the proper SN and HP informs me it is not a valid number. It is listed on the back of the computer and the HP diagnostic tool lists the same SN. So, I cannot move on to update the BIOS and other drivers. Updated to Windows 11

Hi @Armor01,
Thanks for sharing the product details.
I Have checked and seems this unit may not compatible as there are no drivers available for Windows 11 currently.
You may update the Bios using Windows 10. Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
