UPGRADE ADVICE

Hi all, Looking for advice on upgrade.  Currently have 570 -068 tower which is 4 year old but upon start up, sounds like as if it needs oiling!   HP did send a message indicating parts may no longer be available.

I use basically for general use, no gaming etc, and not too keen on anything too complex.

Does anyone have suggestions for a replacement.

The model is 570 -pOxx 

Looking for replacement, preferably win 10 (unlikely) as I am not PC literate, (age related) just want something similar for general use, no gaming etc etc.

if you haven't changed anything change
it should be a little faster than a computer with a simple HDD
But it's not the best either.

• Amount: 8 GB
• Speed: PC4-19200 MB/s
• Type: DDR4-2400

upgrade to 16gb ram could also be a bit better

It will probably be useful to replace the Small ssd with a larger SSD, with windows installed on it

it will certainly be necessary to do some manipulation like deactivating the optane
