Product: Pavilion All-in-one 23-q014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this all-in-one desktop 2 years ago in the US. I'm moving to Europe (Switzerland). I know at the very least I'll need a new compatible power cord but are there any other issues with using this computer in Europe.Is it compatible for 220 volt, 50hz?

The short answer to your question is, yes!  Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  You should look at the section titled "Power Supply".  It gives you the specs for the power cord.

While @old_geekster has assured you of the power supply compatibility.

But you need an ADAPTER, like this 3 pack. Make sure other devices support 230VAC/50Hz.

Sweden uses a type F connector. See here.  The Sweden wall plug also accept type C and E.

 

For a voltage tutorial,, and various plugs, see here.  It's a PDF you can print out.
