HP Pavilion 23-b022a AIO
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've downgrded to Windows 7 64 bit and the driver from the HP website for the USB 3.0 won't install and gives me the message that my system does not meet the minimum requirements.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction on this?

Hi:

Install the W7 x64 chipset driver directly from AMD, which will install the USB 3 controller for you.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for that I downloaded the drivers and installed them.  The device manager shows that the USB is working but he ports don't detect a device when I plug it in.

Have I missed something?

Please disregard my last response. I uninstalled then re-installed the drivers and now it all works great.

Thanks again for your help, Paul.  You are a legend.
