Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

USB PORT NOT WORKING tried everything update drivers uninstall and install etc. sometime it wakes up then dies again

Which ports?

Your PC has one USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 ports.

 

Does this happen with all devices? (i.e. USB flash drives)

 

This could be because of the lack of Windows 11 support your PC has.  Your installed OS, which it lacks  HP support with updated drivers, does have limitations.

 

If you reinstall Windows 10, those limitations probably won't happen.
