Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

3 of 4 usb ports on back of screen have stopped working.  Keep getting usb power surge message.  Now these ports no longer show in device manager.  Is there a way to repair?

You may have plugged a defective USB device into a USB port, causing a "short circuit", which caused too much power to be sent to all the USB ports.

Replace the motherboard, or purchase and install an "add-in" PCI-E adapter that adds USB ports.
