Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using HP ProDesk 600 G2 DM. Here i am only able to use 1 USB port in front panel, I can't use the another. Kindly help me to fix the issue.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Two USB ports on the same USB controller will be fine if the MB USB controller is good.

 

I would think you have a faulty USB port in your situation if the second USB port on the same USB controller works.
