I have an HP SSD model EX920 1TB with 5YR warranty. It is extremely slow to read or write now. It makes the system lag when it needs to access the drive. (couple hundred KB/s both read and write) Windows shows the SSD at 100% utilization for extended periods of time. If I try to install a new program, it take forever!
I wanted to start a Warranty claim, but when I enter the serial # into the website, It said it doesn't recognize it.
I am at a loss as to how to proceed now.
How do I start the Warranty Claim?

I see that there is an issue with the HP SSD and may need a replacement.
