Product: 705 g3 desktop mini
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When attempting to Turn on Bitlocker the Initializing the TPM security hardware screen runs and never completes.

The machine was imaged from SCCM 1511 with a Windows 7 -64 bit version and known good policies.

The Bios was set to Factory default and then changed Configure Legacy Support and Secure Boot to Legacy Support Enabled and Secure Boot Disabled

This was done so the machine would PXE boot
