HP Envy 795 Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a BSOD, Microsoft helped me re-install Windows 10 from a USB.

During the process they made me delete all partitions.

However, File Explorer now only recognises the SDD but not the HDD.

The HDD shows as unallocated in Disk Manager.

BIOS does recognise the HDD.

MS are due to call back tomorrow but in the meantime are there any quick fixes?

Hi:

You should be able to use the disk manager utility to format the unallocated drive.
