Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My machine has become very slow and computer technician suggested me to replace HDD with SSD and 4GB RAM with 8GB RAM. I am having All In One Desktop 22-b232in. Is it possible to do the same?

Yes. It is possible. You can upgrade memory to 16GB if you wish

 

Here is some guaranteed compatible memory from Crucial Memory. They do sell their products in India.

Use the Crucial India web document at the link below to locate the upgrade candidate memory modules by part number you chose from the US web document.

You can replace the legacy hard disk with a 2.5" 3D NAND SATA3 SSD.
