Just looking for some guidance on what my options are for upgrading 1: RAM, currently have 12GB installed and 2: Hard Drive, currently HDD of 1TB (I believe), interested in a SSD. I don't use my PC for much other than general web browsing and some light gaming. However the game I play loads slowly and has a bit more performance issues the more custom content I add over the years. Any direction or links are helpful.

According to the spec page, you are correct on the memory and hard drive.
The motherboard page indicates that is has One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD, so that is a plus. You could add a M.2 SSD but if the slow down is when gaming, then most likely that will not be of major value as the slow down is probably coming from not having enough video processing. That is a problem as the PC is a All-in-One without video graphics other than Integrated Intel UHD Graphics and cannot be upgraded.
If the general browsing and email is preforming satisfactorily then it is doubtful adding a M.2 SSD will help that much.

Thanks for the response. I was hoping minor upgrades to hard drive and memory would be sufficient to improve my gameplay, however I understand my limitations and the importance graphics/video plays in performance.

You are welcome. All-in-One's are nice and convenient but lack the ability to add much to improve game play. In that regard, they are more of a laptop with a big screen.
