Scroll down near the bottom and use the Rufus trick described by @Paul_Tikkanen
Once you get the USB flash drive configured, you put it in your system and run "setup.exe". No need to boot the flash drive nor are any personal files deleted. You may have to upgrade a few drivers.
The system will be upgraded from 10=>11 unless Microsoft has made a recent change in licensing.
