I would like to install a Radeon RX580 Graphics Card and it requires a 500 watt power supply.

@FTE5 , welcome to the forum.

 

I wish that I had better news for you, but you won't be able to upgrade to the RX580.  It requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard/Legacy BIOS:  https://www.howtogeek.com/175649/what-you-need-to-know-about-using-uefi-instead-of-the-bios/

 

HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012.  The BIOS can't be upgraded to UEFI.  The last series of cards not to require UEFI were the GTX 660/670's.

 

You can choose a manufacturer of video cards and contact their Tech Support to see if they have a card that will work with your system.

I want to upgrade the graphics card so I can use PhotoShop 2019 cc.  I will contact the manufacture's to see what card will work.
