Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have bought a WDBlue SN550 NVME to upgrade to 1tb SSD for my OS but I was told by a vendor not HP that it would fit my machine and work.  I get a fatal error if it goes in, any ideas if it should work?

Hi:

 

The specs for your PC indicated that it originally came with a NVMe SSD so in theory, the WD Blue 1 TB NVMe SSD should work.

 

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
