Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am going to upgrade my HDD to either SSD or PCI Express. I have a HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q014(i3- 4000 series) .Questions

1. Are all internal SSD compatible?

2. Would there be a slot in the all in one desktop to insert the PCI Express ?  Any other software changes need to be done to insert the PCI Express?

 

Any Brand advice for SSD or PCI express. I am an average user with Browsing, Youtube and light coding through R or Python

That unit only has a 3.5" drive cage.  An adapter tray would be needed for a 2.5" SSD drive.  It does not have any PCIe slots.

 

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
