I need help finding a 500w PSU upgrade

Find a local owner/operator computer store. 

Take your computer to that store, and support a local business.

They will open the case, find a compatible power-supply (physical shape and wattage), install it, and test it.

Did that first, they don't service sff machines or parts. That's why I'm online looking ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
