What is the SKU of your machine ? For example
You can't upgrade ROM (read ONLY memory) but you can upgrade RAM and STORAGE
I need to know EXACTLY what is your machine to be able to help

Thanks for posting back. You can upgrade
- RAM: using HP part # L46598-005 or sane as existing RAM
- STORAGE: It has 512GB of M.2 NVMe now you can add 1TB 2.5" HDD/SSD to your machine. You need cable part # L52025-001 which is very hard to find.
