Hello,

 

I want to upgrade my PC's RAM to 32GB (from the original 16GB). I found this model on Amazon:

Crucial RAM 16Go DDR5 5600MHz (ou 5200MHz ou 4800MHz) Mémoire pour Ordinateur Portable CT16G56C46S5 https://amzn.eu/d/3cpXYKH.

 

Is it compatible? What do you recommend? Thanks for your help.

Hi:

 

Yes, the memory you selected should work as chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that 2 x 16 GB of memory is supported.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Note that the product specs for your notebook indicates that it comes with 2 x 8 GB of memory, so you will need to purchase two 16 GB memory chips.
