Dear All,
1. Please adv is it posible to add e.g: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD (MZ-V7E500BW) to expansion slot m2 to be use as OS drive while still keeping old 2TB HDD for files storage. My present AIO Pavilion Spec are attached. Or should I replace my SATA Drive to 2.5" SSD ?
2. Intend to upgrade the RAM memory to 2xDDR4 SODIMM 8GB (Total memory 16GB), any suggestion to DDR4 specification?
Thankyou for your help.

Its specs does not say much about M.2 SSD slot but from Crucial, for a similar machine, only M.2 STA 3 SSD drives are supported therefore Samsung 970 EVO series would not work.

You can also use RAM from Crucial on above link.
