BIOS setup

Using a GPT volume SSD isn't a viable option with a legacy BIOS that your dc7800 SFF PC has.
"But I can’t found where in bios I can on/off controller pci adapter ssd"
Try the Device Security option in the BIOS. It may not work if you are running an ACPI based OS.
