Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there a trick to upgrading memory in the workstation?   I have 2 16 Gb  DDR4- 2666 ECC REG DIMM memory modules. I found a video on YouTube that said the cards had to be installed in some kind of order. I've noticed there are black and white holders. So i installed them as best as I could since the black and white holders layout didn't match.  Turned on my pc..Red light and beeping. Then it stopped. it appeared to be ok. I shut the pc down to replace everything and now all I get is a blank screen and blinking white light.

The machine has 8 slots and  allows you to install 512 GB of ECC Ram

You look in the manual and you find everything you need. YouTube is not the best idea.
