Good afternoon, dear support specialists! Why, when I put an AMD R7 360 video card in an HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-1033ur computer instead of a GTX 1660, does the video card not output an image to the monitor? On another computer, this video card works, and in the HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-1033ur, except for the GTX 1660, no other video card can be installed? How do I install a less powerful video card on this computer so that it outputs an image to the monitor? I wanted to use the pre-installed graphics card on my old big computer, the HP Pro 3500 G2 MT, and use the new computer in my office for work. On the old HP Pro 3500 G2 MT, the GTX 1660 graphics card is working, and on the new HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-1033ur, neither the AMD R7 360 video card nor the GeForce GT 730 display an image on the screen. I am very disappointed, as I specifically bought an HP computer to be sure of the backward compatibility of the components. What should I do?

If the required power is sufficient, sometimes you need to check the secure mode / disable

there may not be a lot of different model
