HP ENVY 23-d270er
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I want to upgrade my wireless network card (Ralink RT5390R) to Intel AC7260HMW. Many sellers talk about the problems associated with HP, Lenovo, Dell computers, namely, that you have to glue 51 pins on the network card. Will this network card work with my all-in-one? Thanks.

Hi:

I would use the Broadcom equivalent...

Dual band AC:  Max 867 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz wifi band.

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part #  724935-001

You should be able to find the above wifi card on eBay.   Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

Here's why...this person has the same model PC in the series sold in the UK and the Intel card didn't work.

I suggested the Broadcom card, and it did work.
