@BMFII , welcome to the Community.

Here is the Product Specifications and Motherboard Specifications pages for the computer.  The maximum memory that is supported by the motherboard is 8 GB.  Here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory.  You will have to remove the current 4 GB of memory and replace it with a single 8 GB module.

As for other upgrades, you can look at the "Processor upgrade information" in the links that I provided to see the only other processor upgrade that is compatible.  There is no PCI  Express x16 slot for a video card.

A SSD boot drive would increase performance considerably.  You would need a USB to SATA adapter to clone the HDD to the SSD.

You can't upgrade CPU but you can upgrade RAM (not much) and storage. These upgrades MAY help a bit

1. RAM: you can upgrade to 8GB (2 x 4GB) using

           https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct51264bf160b/ct10667008

2. STORAGE: You can upgrade to 1TB of 2.5" SATA SSD but you need an adapter to be able to install

           Drive:

               for example: https://cplonline.com.au/samsung-mz-77e2t0bw-870-evo-2tb-2-5-sata-iii-6gb-s-v-nand-ssd.html

        Adapter

               for example:  https://www.mwave.com.au/product/startech-25-to-35-sata-hard-drive-adapter-enclosure-with-ssd-hdd-ab...
