@Bee6498 , welcome to the forum.

Your motherboard is HP proprietary.  It has a 4-pin power connector instead of the standard 24-pin ATX connector.  According to the information that I have found your computer comes with a 310W power supply unit (PSU).  There is a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that is compatible with the motherboard.  However, since it is proprietary you will have to buy it from HP.  It doesn't show that it is compatible in the Chart, but I looked at other 790 series computers and it is being used in them.

Here is a Power Supply Cross-Reference Chart to show you where I am getting my information: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...

Here is a video card that will work with your 310W PSU and fit nicely into your case: https://www.newegg.com/msi-geforce-gtx-1650-gtx-1650-ventus-xs-4g-oc/p/N82E16814137415

It should be considerably more powerful than your current card because it has 4 GB of video memory.  Read the reviews to see what users have to say about it.
