Touchsmart 600-1120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

According to this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02059275, I can upgrade the CPU of my old Touchsmart (600-1120) from an i3 330M to an i7 820QM; however, video is provided with the i3 330M chip and not the i7 820QM.  I added an MXM 3.0 A card <35W (AMD FirePro M4000), but cannot get video (two short beeps, one long beep -- this means "Unable to initialize video or video card required but not installed" per https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02222922).

The Touchsmart has the last BIOS, I don't see any details about reconfiguring the motherboard, so what am I missing?  It's clearly supported per the product specifications (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02059275).
