Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey Guys, 
I am Interested In Upgrading My CPU Cooler and possibly case Fans 
At the moment I have the Stock Fan and Heatsink For My CPU and Stock Case Fans

 

I am Running A I7-8700 Non K CPU 

 

I would like to upgrade preferably to an AIO however I hear That The Backplate Is a pain to remove and I don't want to deal with that. 
Or an Upgraded Fan if Possible. 
Please let me know if there is any good upgrade options while keeping the stock backplate. 

 

Also I want to confirm the Size of The Case Fans
