I had problems finding info on setting the memory speed to 3200MHz  on my Ryzen3 system (it defaulted to 2400MHzafter adding more memory). Yes I know how to get into BIOS, which is up to date!

I read some posts, then looked for answers on YouTube and came across the following video, FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!
