I need some help with my HP Desktop I'm trying to Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I tried to do it before but every time I try to shutdown, "the Power Blue Light still on", "still hear the Hard Drive and the fan still running", I had to Hold the shutdown button manually.............. any help how can i fix this.......??????????

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the W10 64 bit chipset driver from the link below and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.
