Could i change my power supply from 180w to ATX form factor 600w and after that change my video card from gtx1050ti to rtx 2060?

The answer is NO.

The PSU is an HP proprietary designed unit, as shown in this spreadsheet.  Maximum is the 500w L05757-800.  The 500W can use that 150W card, if an RTX 2060 would fit into the case.
