So, i'm having an issue with trying to upgrade this pc with a new power supply and i'm just trying to figure this out. Can it be done without switching cases or am i wasting my time? If it can be done, does anybody know what I can replace it with?

I want something maybe about 300+ W since i'm adding a graphics card and later i'll switch out processor. GPU has been hitting 90-100% so sadly its the graphics and power supply first.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Your in luck, as I have been working on this spreadsheet, updating it monthly.

The PSU's listed will fit and work, but you have to dremel out the fan area. Only 1 screw will be used, but the PSU all mount into a tray with a locking tab, so it can not slide out. Just click on it.
