HP Recommended

Hi there, 

 

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on upgrading the Z640 GPU to a 3060, I have a 950w power supply, and my only issue is a cable. 

 

the 3060 is an 8-pin power input but my system only had 6-pin connectors, does anyone have any recommended converters? I have looked into them and there is mixed opinions on them.
