Upgrading an old compaq presario cq5320f

Hi I have an old compaq presario cq5320f that I wanted to upgrade the power, graphics card and memory. Can anyone share some links to these so I can purchase them.

The maximum memory supported by the motherboard is 4 GB.  I don't believe that you will see much performance increase with an additional 1 GB of memory.  On the other hand, an upgrade to a Quad core processor would probably help considerably: AMD Phenom II X4 9xx/9xxe/8xx Quad-Core (Deneb).  I am not certain how available they will be at this point.

You can buy any standard ATX power supply unit (PSU).  I like Corsair products.  A fully modular PSU is best in smaller mid-size cases because you only have to use the cables that are absolutely necessary.

I will never have another computer without a SSD boot drive.  It will increase boot speed and moving between pages while browsing.

As for a video card, you are very limited.  All of the newer cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard Legacy BIOS: https://www.howtogeek.com/56958/HTG-EXPLAINS-HOW-UEFI-WILL-REPLACE-THE-BIOS/

The last series of cards to not require UEFI were the GTX 660/670's.

Truthfully, I an not certain how much performance increase you will see with the upgrades, except for the SSD.  The computer was released in 2009.  A computer is only as good as its weakest link and yours is the motherboard.
