I am trying to find if there are any available power supply upgrades for my Pavillion 590-p0xxx. I upgraded it from a Ryzen 3 (that came in it) to a Ryzan 5, with no issues. When purchased it had no graphics card. I recently purchased an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT and it fit in with no problems, downloaded drivers, etc. But now it looks like it needs something called a pcie connection. I looked into build photos and shows an extra cord plugged into it, which I assume powers the card. After looking for a bit, my pc doesn't have this needed cord. So is it safe to assume I require a different power supply? Any help is apprecited. Thanks, David

@Anonymous , welcome to the forum.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
