Recently bought the pc and not too sharp when it comes to technology
I want to install some extra SSD space into this PC to boost the amount of files I'm able to store. Above the graphics card there is an empty slot that says "MUST INSTALL SSD WITH HEATSINK". Would anyone be able to tell me what type of SSD I would be able to put into here? Would a normal M.2 SSD work or does it need to be an M.2 NVMe? I'm not sure of the difference between the two things and don't want to buy something incompatible.

@Light6 , welcome to the Community.
Here are the Expansion slots in your computer:
Expansion slots
(1) PCI Express 5.0 x16 lanes (Gen 5.0 ready)
(1) PCI Express 4.0 x16 lanes
(1) M.2 socket 1, key A, type 2230 for WLAN
(2) M.2 socket 3, key M, type 2280 for SSDs (PCIe Gen 4.0 x4)
Also, here is an example of a SSD with a heatsink. You can choose one that you like and contact the manufacturer's Tech Support to assure it is compatible with your motherboard.
