Uprgading the RAM of my HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx

I bought this cheap-ish PC a few years ago and my RAM is always used up. which is my main focus. I dont need the best uprgades and cant spend too much money but I would love some information on how I can improve it since I dont know anything about computers tbh... Also is it even possible to upgrade it cause I bought it preassembled...
