Hi can anybody know how i can fix problem with pinned usb by camera ?
I did updates of bios, camera drivers, recovery, uinstalling drivers of camera and usb. Nothings work now im helpless cause cant update drivers with pinned up usb. It blocking all usb in manager show Power D3.

I did all but only show location of driver "0000.0014.0000.006.000.000.000.000.000"
Can you tell me about Recovery disk from support it backup all factory function and drivers with all disks as well ?
I don't have much time to trying fix it. I need a relax but cant cause after five and half year something mess up.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

This usb tool from support hp install only drivers which i can install alone... Dont fix my problems am i did wrong or what? I paid for tool and its useless or what?
The usb camera is all the time on i cant turn off the Power of camera "d3" with this strange localization... I lost last system and usb and recovery disks. How it fix?
