HP ENVY All-in-One 27-b2XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Own an Envy All In One, Touch 27" pc. I have it set up to go into sleep mode after 30 minutes of non use. Note: I have gone to device manager and made sure that both the HID Compliant  mouse and keyboard are set to allow them to wake up the computer.

But neither can do it. I must press the power button and it appears as if it reboots. Any help?

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

This may be a tough problem to solve.

I have an Asus motherboard with the same issue.

I have:

Updated the BIOS

Reinstalled the operating system (W10) and updated all system drivers.

Messed with Power Options settings

I cannot solve the problem.

I believe it may be a motherboard problem. I was thinking about having Asus take a look at the system board.

Regards
