Hi @Hazel771,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out with your question. Mounting an all-in-one (AIO) desktop can be more complicated than mounting a standard monitor, but there are still ways we can help.

Why mounting an AIO desktop is tricky

  • Many AIOs, including HP’s, do not use a standard VESA mount point because the internal components (stand, ports, cable routing) are integrated into the chassis.
  • Even if a VESA pattern is present, many third-party mounts are designed for monitors only and may not safely support the weight and structural design of an all-in-one desktop.
  • Manufacturers, including HP, often advise against using generic mounts unless they explicitly support your exact AIO model.

What we recommend right now

  • First, check the back of your AIO carefully to confirm if a VESA mount pattern is present.
  • If a VESA pattern is present, let us know your exact AIO model number, then we can help you find a compatible mount and confirm safe usage.
  • If no VESA mounting is present, we can check whether HP offers a model-specific mount or accessory for your AIO, and recommend how to safely set up a desk-mount solution instead.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
