Welcome to our HP Community forum!
That makes two of us: the HP 382176-001 part number pertains to the power supply backplane for a PROLIANT ML350 G4 voltage regulator.
Me wonders: what would/can you possibly do with this part?
If your question is how to hook up a secondary/daisy chained power supply outside an HP computer, I would suggest using an ATX 24-pin to SATA 15-pin power adapter, like the one shown here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/286456002882?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.S....
