Hi:
The product number you posted reveals multiple different model numbers.
I randomly checked a few of those on the list, and they all seem to come with the Reno motherboard.
According to the motherboard specs, if your specific model PC came with a M.2 NVMe SSD, then the only M.2 SSD slot is filled.

Expansion slots
NOTE:The configuration might vary depending on your model.
- One PCI Express Gen 3.0 x16
- One PCI Express Gen 3.0 x1
- Two M.2 expansion slots
- One M.2 socket 1, Key A Occupied by the M.2 Wi-Fi adapter.
- One M.2 socket 3, Key M, (2280/2242) Occupied by the NVMe SSD if your PC came with one.
